Dr. Alfred Cook

Dr. Alfred Cook Is considered a leader in cutting edge approaches to shoulder surgery and sports injuries. He completed medical school at Northwestern University McGaw School of Medicine and a sports medicine and shoulder fellowship at Duke University. Today, Dr. Cook serves as the chief of orthopedic surgery at UF Health The Villages Hospital and as medical director for TLC Surgical Center. In his free time, he enjoys weight training, marksmanship, and tennis.

Dr. John Williams

Dr. John Williams is renowned for his innovative approaches in performing hip and knee replacement. He completed medical school at Howard University and served as director of total joint replacement at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia from 2000 to 2011. Today, Dr. Williams serves as chairman of surgery at UF Health The Villages Hospital. He enjoys singing, bowling, and fishing in his spare time.

Megan Benoit

MSN, FNP-C, ARNP

Megan Benoit is a nurse practitioner and native to the area. She graduated from the University of South Alabama in 2017 with a Master of Science degree in nursing. Her passion is helping patients enjoy a pain-free lifestyle so they can enjoy their favorite activities. Outside of work, she enjoys bowling, fishing, and visiting the beach.

Nicole Zebrowski

MPT-MTC – PT Supervisior

Nicole Zebrowski is the center manager of AOI Physical Therapy Department. She is a graduate of Florida State University and received her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She advanced her skill level with a certification in manual therapy which she uses daily to help patients receive optimal care for the last 25 years. In her free time, Nicole enjoys yoga, running, CrossFit training and lives by faith, family, and football.

Rosa Ray

CPPM – Practice Administrator

Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM), is AOI’s practice administrator. She graduated from New York City College with a bachelor’s in business administration and worked in the healthcare industry for 27 years before coming to Florida. In 2022, Rosa joined the AOI team with a goal of taking the practice to the next level digitally and technologically to further elevate the doctor/patient experience. Rosa is fluent in Spanish and has two sons. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, salsa dancing, cooking, and baking.

Jennifer Matson

Executive Assistant

Jennifer Matson serves as executive assistant to AOI’s practice administrator. She has 18 years of experience working in various office settings within the clinical industry and came on board with AOI in 2020. Today, Jennifer helps carry out a multitude of administrative duties and offers support to AOI team members, ensuring they have everything they need to thrive and make patients feel welcome and cared for. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her children, and making epoxy-based glitter cups and pens.

Danielle Oliver

RT (R) (ARRT) – Xray Tech

Danielle Oliver, a Florida native, is AOI’s radiologic technologist. In 2017, she graduated from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee with a bachelor’s in graphic design, before receiving her license as an x-ray technician from Ocala’s Marion Technical College in 2017. Danielle entered the orthopedic field and is passionate about health and patients because she is a patient herself. In her free time, Danielle enjoys arts and crafts, spending time with family, and vacationing.

Kaitlyn Soroka

Billing Supervisor

Kaitlyn Soroka is in charge of obtaining insurance verification and pre-authorizations for patients being seen at the office. She also does physical therapy and DME authorizations, plus she assists the front desk with billing and insurance questions. Kaitlyn received an associate degree in general studies from Lake and Sumter State College. In her free time, she enjoys indoor/outdoor gardening and spending time with her two children.
